  • Review of "Dee Windows" at Saltney

    Our experience of Dee Windows was totally negative. We accepted their quote to replace a bedroom window and window sill in April 2018. We didn’t get the paperwork for the work until September which we returned with the deposit they asked for. The subsequently contacted us and asked for an additional payment saying that the window sill was not included in the original quote. We asked them to check the paperwork which they did and confirmed that it was included. They came out in October and made a judgement call not to carry out the work because of the severe weather and we rearranged for a few days later. They did not turn up for this and did not contact us to say why. We chased this up and were told that the office manager would get back to us but he didn’t. The following day we received a brief letter from Dee Windows saying that they had returned our deposit. This is a quote from the letter: “We do not wish to carry out the window replacement for you.” No explanation was given.
